About

Station Arcadia is a podcast by Metal Steve Productions, a group of young podcast lovers with a variety of backgrounds, interests, and skill-sets. 

Station Arcadia was conceived at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic by a group of bright-eyed teenagers. It was an offhand idea, a result of "hey, let's make a podcast together!" and spiraled into the huge project you can listen to today. Our project grew over the years, and we gained a group of talented and skilled actors and writers that wanted to help make Station Arcadia a reality.

Eventually, for a first-year college student and two prospective high school grads, this was a lot to handle as life after the pandemic carried on. While we did our best to keep the show running, other people's lives grew busy as well, and it was harder to keep it up.

As of 2024, Station Arcadia is no longer in production. However, this website was made so that the cast and crew could share with you our ideas for the rest of the show! We began to produce Season 2, and we have detailed plans for Seasons 3 and 4 that will be available on this website on September 4th, 2025: our 5 year anniversary.

Our goal was to create a podcast that not only has a great premise, but that expands on the world it creates and tells varied and interesting stories. We wanted to challenge stereotypes, explore complex societal issues, and create interesting and multifaceted characters - all while making a show that’s genuinely fun to listen to.
